Simple

A job post is a form and a button. Your careers page exists the moment you publish it.

Open

Candidates apply without an account. No password to forget between someone and the job.

Searchable

Text is pulled out of every CV and indexed, so search finds what is on page two.

Accountable

Every move is logged with who made it and when. The record is the product.

Everything a small hiring team actually needs.

Your careers page

Every published role gets a public page at your own address. Paste the link into a WhatsApp group and it unfurls with the role, the company and the town — not a bare URL.

Applying takes a minute

Name, email, phone, CV. No account, no confirmation email, no password. The application lands in your pipeline as a record, already at stage one.

Search reads the CVs

Text is extracted from every uploaded document and indexed alongside names and emails. Search “SAP” or “Bulawayo” and you get the people who wrote it halfway down page two.

One pipeline, five stages

Applied, Screening, Interview, Offer, Hired. The same five, in the same order, on every screen in the product — so a candidate’s position is a fact rather than a convention someone has to remember.

Nothing is anonymous

Every stage change is written to an activity log with the person who made it and the time they made it. When somebody asks why a candidate was passed over, there is an answer.

Your data is yours alone

Each company is isolated at three separate layers, down to the database enforcing it independently of the application. A bug in the app is not enough to reach another company’s candidates.

Frequently asked questions

Do candidates need an account?

No. They open your careers page, pick a role, and submit their name, email, phone number and CV. That is the whole flow, and it is deliberately the whole flow — every field added to it is people who do not finish applying.

What does it cost to try?

Creating a workspace takes an email address and a password. Post one job, share the link, and see what arrives before deciding anything else.

Can other companies see our candidates?

No. Isolation is enforced three times over — in the application, in a database policy that holds even if the application is wrong, and in the table structure itself. It is tested on every change, and the tests fail closed.
